Discover one of the very best Abruzzo extra virgin olive oils from master olive oil producer Tommaso Masciantonio.

This monovarietal is made with Intosso olives – once nearly extinct and used purely in blending – which are grown exclusively at the foothills of the Maiella Massif. Located 450 meters above sea level, the microclimate in this area is particularly nurturing for the Intosso olive tree. The result is a complex flavor profile that stands out in any dish.

Aromatic notes include everything from green artichokes and tomatoes to freshly cut grass, making this EVO oil taste particularly fresh and vibrant.

The distinctive flavours stands up to a variety of dishes as seafood salad, roasted potatoes, roasted lamb and pasta with broccoli and sausage.
