Tommaso Masciantonio Agriturismo Trappeto di Caprafico

Tradition and modernity combine in the Agriturismo Trappeto di Caprafico. Tommaso Masciantonio has been able to create a top-quality and sustainable olive oil mill, as well as produce award winning EVOO (including the Slow Food Presidium Casoli Intosso) and wines year after year.
The extraordinary terroir is characterized by calcareous soil, white stones and high altitude (about 500 metres high). This mountain region called Maiella is a real treasure of Mediterranean biodiversity. Here you can find over two thousands plant species – one third of all the Italian flora.
The olive trees and vineyards derive their unique character from the high altitude, the harshness of the territory and the thermal excursion due to the proximity of the Maiella.

Aziende Agricole Ferrara

Situated in the sun-kissed region of Puglia, the terroir of this family-run producer holds a unique combination of factors that bestow the olives with robust flavours. The main olive cultivar is the Coratina, which ripens later and is characterized by high polyphenols. The other varieties grown are Dritta and Leccino.
Olive groves are grown across three estates. The main one is Posta Locone, where the majority of the olive groves are located. Six generations of farmers have passed through these olive groves that have made the history of the Coratina cultivar.
