We are happy to share our participation at Global News BC “Saturday Sips” segment on extra virgin olive oil.

Host Jennifer Palma invited us to talk about extra virgin olive oil, its unique health properties and the olive oil tasting method.

We covered four different oils, 2 more everyday oils (Delyssa Organic from Tunisia and Arbequina Castela Notti from Spain), alongside our Coratina Posta Locone Fratelli Ferrara and the Crognale Tommaso Masciantonio, best olive oil of the year Flos Olei.

This was a great opportunity for us to talk about high-quality extra virgin olive oils and provide some useful tips to find fresh EVOO (remember to look always at the “harvest date” on back labels and be suspicious if you cannot find one).
